I just removed the wiper control stalk from the steering column of my 99 Forester S. I read in a previous thread that the S trim should allow for some adjustment of the delay. Is this true for all model years? I'm having some trouble figuring this thing out -- any help would be great. Thanks

I would think if there was a delay circuit for this then it would be in a box under the dash somewhere.

Swap the switch, this has been done before.
