Is it possible to use the injection system/module and electronics from the 1.6L (EJ16) engine? Engine now: 1.6L Artica EJ16 66kW New engine (maby): 2.0L EJ20 85kW
May 10, 200619 yr It should bolt in, to your original tranny and all that. But I dunno much about overseas EJ's, so I can't give you any wiring advice or anything like that. But mechanically, yes it should bolt in.

Engine now: 1.6L Artica EJ16 66kW New engine (maby): 2.0L EJ20 85kW Over here we do a similar swap with an EJ18 and an EJ22, most people just swap the intake so that they can run on the old ECU. I can't guarantee that it will work in your case, but it works for our senerio.
