Got the timing sensor figured out, but it still just cranks and cranks, it has spark, gas and compression. I am at a loss, anyone have any idea's?

 I read the OBDII today it tells me:

Misfire - Completed

Fuel System - Completed

Comp. Component - Completed

Catalyst - Not Completed

Evaporation Sys - Not Completed

O2 Sensor - Not Completed

O2 Sensor Heater - Not Completed

EGR System - Not Completed

The new 2.2 that I put into the car doesn't have a EGR.
