June 21, 200619 yr when I first got my wagon I was bummed out to find that my trip computer was missing the controlls AND seemd to be set on the wrong time! not knowing the goofy ness with subarus and CD players I went to put one in (replacing the one thats in there now sadly I found out that the one I was going to install dosn't fit) I have like a 1/2" extention for the apline unit that is in there now but I'd like to get something thats compatible with my ipod. ON the good side of things I found out that My trip computer controlls where wraped in duct tape and cramed into some space. has anyone rerouted there controlls to a better place ? any ideas ?

I took out the trip computer and mounted it where the ash tray goes. I then used a subaru install kit to mount my radio there. I think I had to cut out some of the brackets in the dash. Looks good, although I dont have an ash tray now for my change.
