what happens with your ea82 turbo 4x4 if you take off you're air variator cable becouse if i put the cable on it runs worst than when it was off .

i accelerate the engine but it won't go over 3000rev's and if i push the pedal quiqly it dies and it has'nt any power .

Do you mean the throttle cable?Check vacuum hoses for disconnected ones and check the MAF to see if it is connected.Also what were you working on that made you have to disconnect everything?
