Where is it. How hard to do it.

 

The idle is at 650-700 in drive (its automatic) 750-800 in park.

I'm sure it should be 900 in park and 800 in Drive so I would like to adjust it.

on the back, at the base of the TB, there is an adjustment screw that faces up. turn it a lil bit, then goose the throttle and see if it idles where you like it after the adjustment.
