I don't know about the wrx, but on my 06' Baja I installed an AEM cold air intake (with the dry flow filter) and its fantastic!

If you're going to get one, get the Cobb Tuning intake. Cobbtuning.com.

Be careful, Subaru has a funny MAF sensor and aftermarket intakes have been known to turn them to sh it in a hurry.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the OEM MAF sensor is over like $200.
