July 14, 200619 yr I just purchashed a 91 legacy LS ej25. I was looking at the wiring harness under the steering colum and noticed a few plugs that were discconected, after i re-connected the ones that had matches the check engine light is now blinking steadly at aprox. a 2 sec interval. Anyone know what this is due to? and how might I be able to make it stop. Thanks for all replys. JS

JS I don'd know about that particular model/year, but newer models can do that if the gas cap is not properly tightened. Or, the car may need tuned.
July 14, 200619 yr Hi I own a similair sub, have you accidently connected the green T shape connector and the white flat connector. These are for reading out the error codes from the cars computer (ECU). If you have both connected you should also hear the powerfan of the cooling system switching on and off. The check engine light (CEL) will come on and shows any detected and stored problems. These might help you further: http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=61173 pictures but then under the dash.
