Where is the TCU for 93 Impreza AWD auto? Just to see if the wiring and connector are in good shape.

To the left of the steering column under the lower trim panel, in a flat metal box with a good number of wires connected to it on the left. You can see it from below, but for access, remove the panel. If you have a cruise control, the controller box is in front of TCU on the same bracket.
