Anyone know the weight of a 2.5 SOHC engine including sensors, PS pump, AC, intake, flywheel, etc? I am looking to get some shipping quotes for an engine, anyone find one carrier better than others?

Hello:

My 2.5 SOHC is on the way out(131,000K), thus I have been doing a internet search, and So far the powers that be are telling me around 400lbs; this includes everything but:the manifold, AC Compressor, alternater, and power stearing pump.
