Update on Buckys Old Electrical Gremlins

Featured Replies

Well ..you still have to wiggle the key abit to get the clock and the wipers to work BUT.....he has music again!!!!!I have only been driving him for close to a year without a stereo...Whodathunk a 2 and a half year old $200 stereo would putz out...well that was the problem all along..we pulled it and tested it at work and found the stereo to be bad..so this morning I installed his new tunes..nothing special..and nothing close to being as good as his old JVC ..he now has a Sony Xplod...200Ws CD etc etc..reason I got it was cause I could plug my MP3 player into it.Honestly..not a bad stereo for $79.00 at Walmart...(my JVC I paid over $200 at Circuit City).

Anyway I am a happy camper again :banana: :banana: :banana: and Bucky is Rockin

hooray for music :headbang::headbang::headbang:

I've been riding in the xt6 with no music since I put it on the road.. I've had a stereo but no speakers worth installing.

my girlfriend's wonderful mother donated some sony xplod speakers for the cause and I'm putting them in tonight :brow:

all i have is stock am-fm dial type radio in my dl and don't even turn it on :eek:

The electrical really uses the radio for stuff I won't ever attempt to babble again...

I found the 2wd's like a good radio even more. I am just putting in my old sube a large watt panasonic, on 4 channels independent ground to the radio only. Lookin forward to a cd playing. Keep 'em running! fix the radio! :rolleyes:
