Well I know some people might have had some trouble with this site in the past (wrong parts, right boxes with wrong parts, etc.) but I have had nothing but great dealings with them. I have bought numerous parts from them over the past few years. I ordered a thermostat and a t-stat gasket on Tuesday evening and the parts arrived here Thursday afternoon. Only a day and a half! I have ordered stuff like reseal kits, oil and waterpumps and tune up parts and never had a problem. The oilpump I bought for my '89 RX was a brand new OEM Subaru pump for 90 bucks or so!

i will second this thumbs up. i've bought many hundreds of dollars of parts from them. XT6 parts are easily screwed up by others, but they have yet to get one part wrong. i like that they even carry that metal reinforced OEM like o-ring for the cam carrier housing on ER27's and EA82's/EA82T's. never seen another store carry those. i've seen insane turn around times as well. call and it arrives the next day and a half. not always, it's variable, but occasionally super quick.

I've had good dealings with them in the past, but will be wary of using them again in the future.

They charged my card for a clutch kit that was supposedly in stock, never sent anything and three weeks later I'm in customer service hell with their terrible East-Asian customer service dept., simply trying to have my money refunded.

What pisses me off is that their sales # is staffed by Americans and then they hand you off to the overseas labor when you actually have a problem.

I will most likely just be disputing the charges just in case they can't/won't get their act together and give me a refund before the bill is due.

Be careful with these guys.
