anyone got a part # for any good brand of shock so i can look on the internet or buy a set retail without worrying about coming home w/ the wrong part?

3 years later, I still need shocks. The part #s Subaru 3 provided all came back bad a couple years ago (either discontinued part or obsolete #).

 

Has anyone bought a new set of gen one shocks in recent years?

They are. I have bought them before for my 78 Brat. I soon will be buying another set for my 76 Wagon.

The link has been changed. They must have run out of the gen 1 stuff now it is for gen 2 brats only. Guess I got lucky. I just ordered 2 sets last week of the old style. Hope they are correct. The invoice sent to me says it is correct.
