how miserable is it to put your hand on the heater fan motor?

the wipers were resurrected via the miracle "give it a push" tip,

so why wouldnt a lazy fan motor?

unless its clogged up with mouse/squirrel treasures....

 

high beams arent responding to commands from the helm either,

where is that junk located?

with every subaru I've owned and it usually is mouse or chippy related so just pull your heating duct apart and another thing to check is if your getting vacuum to the control panel . the heater motors are usually fairly easy to get to unless you have a/c
