anyone know whats the highest you can turn the boost up to on a 97 legact gt running a stock ej20tt and turbos with out running the risk of blowing anything up?

Probably about 3-4 lbs.

Be careful as one turbo is set up to spool at lower RPMs and the other for higher RPMs, reducing lag. Might be best to get a pro-tune.

Do you have a boost controller or are you doing this via an engine management system?

You will likely want to be careful turning up the boost on those too high. You can overspool them.
