1.8L engine, 110 K miles, replaced rear main , front main, pan gaskets. Rear main failed 1000 miles, replaced again, failed again. Now leaking from front cover. Could something be causing crank case pressure to force oil through seals?

A clogged PCV system could be your troublemaker. Replace the PCV valve, and make sure all the hoses are clean. May even need to pull valve covers and clean those out to.
