so i spent about an hour searching and im still in the not so light side of lifts

i was thinking mabey about 2 inches can i buy the strut blocks and the rear shock lift thingys? - tec. term. or do i need to get some other stuff besides bolts ? so if so can u do this for any lift or whats the deal?>
