HELP, 99 Impreza in CO Springs

I need to hook my computer up to your 99-2001 Impreza 2.2. My front O2 sensor is showing 3.8 volts average voltage well above the normal .5-.9 volts for a normal 02 sensor. I would need about 15 minutes and I'll just plug into the OBDII plug and check what your O2 sensors are doing.
