As originally thought....Fuseable link.

 

The original ones tested at 0.00 ohms resistance...and there was 12.7 volts on BOTH sides of them...they felt and looked fine too...exactly like a new one.

 

I replace them all with new ones....now everything works. :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:
