March 20, 200719 yr Well, my DH finally got his Subaru Legacy on the road!!! :banana: It rides so nice and runs so well, he's nicknamed it his "Race Car"!!! :rolleyes: He just better not take that nickname literally!!! We don't need to pay for higher car insurance!!! Once he got the new spring/strut conversion done, the brake job, new muffler, oil change and tune up was a piece of cake!!! Except he forgot to remove the plastic wrap off the end of the muffler at first and was wondering why it was running "funny"....*duh* .... I asked him (in the dark) what was that over the end of his tailpipe..."oops!" says he....oh boy.... I'm going to have to keep an eye on him... He's driven it 4 days now, and is so happy!! A big thank you to everyone who has helped us get his "Race Car" on the road!! :drunk:
