IT IS WELL AND TRUELY ALIVE!!!!!!!!IT IDLES!!!!IT DOESN'T MISS!!!!

I checked the sparkplugs, every one had an impact on the engine running right.I pulled the O2 sensor It helped a tiny bit.

Finally it clicked! The 90 legacy that I got the wiring harness/ECU#2 had beed hit in the drivers side fender.Right next to the ECU!!!I was using ECU # 2 becuase ECU #1 (which came from the same car that the engine came out of) ECU # 1 fell off my desk so I thought it might not work.It never occured to me that a 1 pound ecu falling 3 feet was different that a 3000LB car hitting right near the ECU.So I swaped the ECU's over (easy because I still have my dash apart).Started the car it cold idled at 2K untill I touched the gas, then it droped to a rock steady 1K rpm then finally stops at 750+/- 50 rpm.I am completly stoked. And I feel like a dumba** for not realizing the damage ECU#2 had taken.Hell I had to sawsall/BFH to get the donor's driver side fender off.DUH!!!

Sweet dude. I am staoked to hear you're success. So what fuel pump did you end up running? MPFI EA pump? Ford? It also occured to me that however you mounted the fuel pump, it should be inulated by rubber mounts so it has no external grounding other than the provided Ground. Safety thing.

Good to here ya got her going right. ECU's are a minor thing. Aren't you glad you had a spare.

I am running a ford pump and currently because I havent driven it yet it is held on by the tension in the hoses right now:dead: Havent had time to zip tie/hose clamp it in place.I had to loop the inlet hose around because its straight in.The piece that loops is hidden on top of the torsen tube. For it just being in there just with the hoses its pretty stout(looped hose on top of tube and really short out hose.only problem is it ended up nowhere near where the stock mount even bolts..

Yes I am extremly glad I had a spare,Although if I didn't have a spare seeing as the ECU I am using is ECU #1,I wouldnt have cleaned IAC,PVC,or redone the timing,or check the spark wires. In fact it would be drivable right now because the interior would be back together. But now I know How to do the timing if a belt ever brakes.Did brake a really small drill bit trying to hold the tensioner closed(slight bend + lateral loading=pieces of drill bit)
