Check engine light comes on during freeway driving after a certain period of time, it goes off after awhile or might not

 

anyway I can see the code responding this light or anyone know what might be causing it?

 

car runs fine... the light first came on when I was driving ~90 from San Fran to LA and was on extremely low oil

I had that too! It was a long time ago, but I believe my problem was a bad O2 sensor. It didn't throw a code either. Good thing about that is they're pretty cheap, $20ish.
