Anyone take a 2.5 JDM and fit it into a gold old American Subaru. The only thing I can see that needs to be changed is the air intake manifold:headbang:

If Subaru holds to form, it will bolt into place perfect, and run off of your existing harness, using your sensors of course. I'm not sure you'd really be gaining anything from a jdm ej25 though. To my knowledge they are the exact same motors.

To my knowledge, there has never been a JDM EJ22 or EJ25 that's nonturbo.

 

In fact, I'm surprised the Forester has the 2.5 turbo. Every other JDM car still has the 2.0 turbo.

Are you telling me that a JDM off Ebay will not work since it is Turbo. I do not have turbo
