1985 brat questions advise?

For everyone that didnt read my "ripped off on ebay" threads heres whats happend and if anyone has any advise please let me know...

1985 brat: When i put it in gear right from take off theres these grinding sounds and vibration comeing from the stick.... I have taken the trans out and the throw out bearing looks good(tight with no slop). I talked talked to a guy today runs a garage and he said that it didnt sound like my trans for me to check the pilot bearing. so i took the clutch out and the pilot bearing looks great, no play, no slop, looks like it was just installed...The clutch looks good i have never seen one before but to the untrained eye it looks good, lots of "meat" left on it....This is one thing i noticed, that a few of the springs that are in the cluch(all in a circle and round) look like they have been rounded off or worn down? could this be causeing all my problems? It also has some slight play in it. Should there be any play there? Thanks for any advise you might have, cause im running out of things that could be wrong....
