Found cruise control parts from a 2000 Impreza. Are they going to work with my 98?

I have found though that there are some differences. I got a cruise setup from lmdew from a 94 or 95 impreza to put on my 97. The throttle cable length coming from the actuator is shorter then what's on my 97. I don't know why that would be the case, but it is. I'll either have to get a different cable, or try fabbing up a bracket to move the cable mount closer.

The add-on kits have a different part number every single year. Doesn't mean it won't fit, but you have to look at the wiring diagrams for both cars, especially in this case, because 1998 is Phase I and 2000 is Phase II.
