I found a 96 Outback Wagon just like mine with blown Head gasket. It has the same 2.5l that my car came with but has the same tranni and drive train with 85,000 miles on it. It is one of Granny's friends who bought a New one Baja!

The were gonna charge her $800 to fix it and $2,000 on trade she said no thank you I'l just buy that one and keep mine and I called her and I've known her for many yrs. and She said "Can you fix it?" "yes"

"Do you want it"

"YES MAAAAMMMMM!"

Well I'll take $500 dollars for it.

I pick it up tomorrow and My Pappaw gave me the money and wouldn't take NO for an answer if you know how Pappaws can be.

I'm so stoked!

I think I might put my motor in that car.

My Odometer is over 200,000.

Probably put bearings, rings, and a complete gasket set which i didn't do last time. Only head gaskets and intake, exhaust, water pump which i'll trake back and exchange for fre and my battery and alt. and breaks, and Wow i got alot of warranty parts i could replace new againd.

See what i told yall about lifetime warranty?

Thank You Lord!

Me to, I picked one up 2 weeks ago for 500. It cost me 350 to ship though. It was sold as a HG issue but the fans are not working.
