Rooskie
Does anyone know how to take apart the temp. control & radio pods to change out 3 light bulbs? I have two of the three out! I am wondering if I should do it, or if it is such a pain I should take it to the dealer. ANy suggestions? This is on a 98 OBW.
NWScooby
If you are talking about the three bulbs that light up the temp control panel, go to this link: http://www.randomsoup.com/how_acpanelbulbs.html I followed these instructions, and got the job done easy. Unfortunately, the photos are gone, but the instructions are pretty clear.

PAezb
Also try this site: http://www.med.uc.edu/pstp/students/fortner/rulights.htm The Radio Shack bulbs mention in the page work very well and are only $1.50 for 2/pkg. BTW, these same bulbs are used in the switch indicators/backlighting for the fog lamps, rear defroster, cruise, had heated seats.
NWScooby
Very nice! I wish I had had the photos and RadioShack bulb info before I did mine. Thanks for giving links to all of that PAezb.
mrtoyou7747
I did the temp control panel bulbs a couple of years ago was real easy. But what about the A/C light? Any help out there?
Commuter
In my 97 OB, the A/C button slides out the backside of the climate control unit. There is one of those little twist in bulbs (short one like in the dash switches) in the side of it. The RS bulb should work fine there too. I used the RS bulbs in my climate control unit and dash switches the last time I did them. Commuter
