I bought my 87 brat about a year ago and only God knows what the people before me or before them were thinking

. They like rewired the engine in a weird way with all the electrical components and now there are like 4 extra female plugs and no relays for them but i dont know what wires go where. So if anyone would be kind enough to post some good pictures of their relays and what wires go where that would be helpful.

Another problem is i'm not sure if my fuel pump went out or what but i'll start my brat and after it runs for about a minute it will die out. then the engine will keep cranking over and it wont start. I replaced the fuel filter and seperator and nothing also my gas gauge was working now it's not. Any help would do Thanks

 

also if anyone is around the Chicagoland area and wants to help me that would be great

well I had a brat years ago and if I remember it had a lot of unused plugs for AC and things it didn't have, there are also plugs up by the drivers side corner of the engine compartment that won't be connected, not knowing your level of knowledge this may be redundant. If you can put in a pic of what you're worried about that may help people see if there are things that should be connected to something. don't know if that helps or not
