'82 GLW needs home, losta goodies!!

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

Its been a while, this is shanonsf from a few years ago. My Snow White (a nice '82 GLW w/ DR) needs a new home now. This was a complete RX conversion project from a completed RX converted wagon with cosmetic challenges to a clean GLW. Remember 'Beastie' and WRX1AB..

Need the space and only have room in life for one project/toy car. Entertaining offers on whole or parts. This was a 'loaded' maroon 82 GLW 4spd, Tan/plad interior, w/factory trailer hitch, roof rack, white white mags, rear air foil, Cyclops lights (have 2 spares)

the good (most of work done between '98-'00):

-Weber Conversion (Weber DGAV gone now)

-powder coated long style A push bar with custom skid plate

-turbo muffler

-Cyclops light (2 spares)

-KYB suspension

-WRX style hood scoop (functional)

-clutch

-rear disc conversion/brakes

-recent white paint job (2000) was going for a Ski Team replica

-rear disc conversion

-nice GL10 buckets

-good tires

extra bits:

-spare RX rear control arms w/ sway bar & new bearings

-spare 14" PUG alloys with decent rubber

-spare RX center lock tranny (have the control switch, LSD is gone) with custom CVs for EA81 car

-spare Ea81 Turbo motor and Turbo parts (need heads gasket?)

the bad:

-not running, needs new motor (blown)

-has some rust issues (Coastal living)

-Non-Op'd Salvaged CA reg/title

Drop a fresh motor in and this car is a NICE, very presentable, solid driver or part out to a better shell. This is a good looking car (I think personally think the best year of the 80s GLW) with a great stash of parts.

Guaging interest and offering first dibs to the USMB before it goes/get parted to EBAY. Many Pics available.

Wagon is covered/stored in Reb Bluff, CA. Turbo motor (on stand) and RX stuff in garage in San Francisco, CA

Pls find this a new home:headbang:
