My wifes 1981 GL wagon is loosing oil pressure and power after it gets warm. Any ideas on what could be wrong?

Loss of oil presure i'd start by chaning the micky mouse & the oil seals in the oil pump 1st,

 

Loosing power when warm I found starting with a tune up 8 out of 10 times fixes the problem..
