walked out this morning and noticed that my right rear wheel was bent in about 5 inches at the top, my control arm (right rear) rusted thru . its just hanging on by a little bit of metal at the top, yikes. does any one know if i can use a control arm from a 1990 loyale 4x4, their is one at the local

u pull jy, i could get the whole thing from driveshaft to drum heck even the shock, it looks new, they look the same to me, thanks in advance

if it's another loyale - then just make sure it's the same FWD or 4WD and it'll swap out, year doesn't matter for the loyale.

AH!!! more information - some GL wagons are EA82 - GL hatches are EA81!!!!! remember - helping over the internet is hard enough, no touchy, no heary, no feely...we can't hear, see, touch or do anything physically. so information and helping are very tightly knit here.

Your cars is an EA82 wagons IIRC

 

Yes it will interchange fine.

 

But, If you get an arm from a Sedan or Coupe(not EA81 Hatch) the arm will not have a bumper for the rubber "helpers"

the whole car will fit. anything you want to swap but the 86 will have different shape rear quarter window in th elower corner and the grille, marker lites, and gauge bezel will be different. the display will be different color. but other than that, it will all work the same.

 

the front calipers and rims will be slightly different, but whole assemblies will interchange
