I have an 01 Forester and the left front and right rear speakers work sometimes but most of the time they don't. Where should I start looking for the problem? Would it be a loose connection of the back of the radio? Has anyone else had this problem?

Problem is most likely with a wire connector. Check speaker wire connectors at back of radio first, if all seems well there, then check connector to speaker.
