I am a friend of a couple of guys from the Hatch Patrol, and recently acquired a nice lil 84 EA81 Hatch. I am currently in the process of swapping out the Hitachi carb for this fancy new Weber I got today, and then it looks like a lift kit will be next and big wheels n tires after that! I am hoping to be done before winter I would love to drive around in the snow off in the hinterlands near the Alpine Lakes area! I am heading out your way in April ..will be at one of your fellow Hatch Patrols place for a few days getting my 83 GL-10 coupe ready to be shipped cross country. You guys are soo lucky out there..
