March 25, 200818 yr I have nothing. But I can help you with information on installing the ea81 into the gen 1 body. I don't know if the engine mounts are any different, but I do know that the ea81 crossmember is different. I can go out tomorrow and get some measurements for ya, if no one else can get them sooner. I helped my friend put a complete EA81 engine and drivetrain into a Gen 1 Brat, but I also lifted it 4 inches.

March 26, 200818 yr Author I've got an EA71/ top starter, in Corvallis. Supposed to be a good runner, but I've never tested it. If it will start and run well, I may be interested in buying it from you. Depends on what it will take to fix mine.
