Well, I finaly got a good deal on an EJ20T and an adapter kit. I know that EJ20T is not the correct name and I am not sure what is. I will be picking it up tomorrow evening. First off, what is the correct name for it? And secondly, am I correct that it has 200 or so stock hp? I will have more info tomorrow like block numbers and such. I believe it even has coil on plug. Any info guys?

Well it apears to be an EJ20G from a 89-93 Japanese Legacy. Suposedly somewhere between 212-248 HP according to the NASIOC guys.

Now the hard part...welding shut all of the unused ports on the manifold. Assembling a Megasquirt. Fitting an intercooler to it with the offroad header and such.

 

Looks like the JDM engine is rated at 220ps or 216hp!! Probably get a few more ponies with the offroad exhaust and custom tune.
