Well here is the story--

I own an 81 Ea81 wagon- It was beat up but then I let a friend who needed a car use it-- he is now locked up and gonna be gone for a while-- I was gonna go and repo the wagon-- which was kinda traded for him working on my Rodeo "work that never happened" but he has thrashed it-

THE BAD

- It needs new interior They have a dog that chewed it up and peed on things-

- Potentialy needs a motor he told me it had a loud tick/nock in it-

- Ugly

- needs a radiator

-its a DL

The good-

-its paid for-

-good gas mileage-

-no body pays attention to it-

- fun to drive-

because I have sourced another ea81 wagon thats a gl with a good body but frozen motor-- I'm thinking about getting that-Like I said I just need some advice-

My fleet is continusly changing--

88 Chevy Cheyenne

88 XT6 FTMFW

94 Isuzu Rodeo

88 Dodge Shadow Girlfriends car-

If the car is still in your name (title and registration) then I suggest you go get it and do with it what you please. If he has already started transfering it into your name, you may want to be cautious as it could be considered theft by trying to "repo" it.
