Hi,

I am looking to become a first time Subaru owner. Right now i am looking at a 94 Legacy wagon (nice car - only 74K miles). One thing that concerns me is how low the steering wheel sits - almost on my knees. It has a tilt function, but appears to only release the wheel up for getting in and out of the car.

 

Question: Can the wheel be adjusted upwards into a more comfortable position?
