Exhaust fitment??

Featured Replies

I have a 2000 Impreza Outback Sport, and have access to a really cheap 2008 WRX factory exhaust system (system is not local). I'm used to modifying stuff, and was looking for some feedback whether it is worth the effort to fit it? Thanks in advance!

doubt that the 08 parts would fit right at all, i had a ct back from an 04 on my 2000 impreza and it had to be cut up and modified to fit. if im not mistaken, the new impreza is build on a modified legacy chassis, the sedan has dual mufflers and the hatch has a muffler that exits on the passenger side but runs side to side under the rear of the car.

im sure you ould make it work on there, but it would be more cost effective to get a custom exhaust made for your car or buy one made for it, unless you can fabricate and have access to pipe benders and a good welder.

if you get the parts and really want to try for it, i wish you the best of luck and ask that you take pics of the work and progress,.

good luck.

It will not fit. Even if it did, it would not make any difference in performance.
