I think I really bit off A bunch of trouble this time. I just bought A 96 obw and it is kit form. Someone has taken it all apart. I know it had blown head gaskets but no uther info.I gotta go get it Tues. I havent seen it yet. Seems it has a 2.2 with it,(not in it)

I guess it is worth $200. and 400 mi round trip.

Wish me luck

If you arn't the lead Dog the view never changes.

Well let me guess, you will be taking it home on a flat bed truck or trailer. I hope the engine is the only component removed from the car. Fold down the back seats, slide in probable cardboard boxes containing various parts, then slide in 2.2 motor last before closing tail gate.

I would guess that you have seen pix of car, so suppose body and interior are at least decent. Yep, $200 is a good price for a kit car, and the start of a new project.

I hope all goes well on the 400 mile round trip! Have Fun!
