I finally have the 4 spd trans for my 87 brat, but need both a clutch kit and a shifter bushing. Does anyone know whats a decent cheapish clutch kit, and where to get it and a general cost?

Also does anyone know where to get the little rubber shifter bushing, and where to get it. If I can only get it from Subaru, anyone know the item number on it and a general cost?
