alrighty...i have a 96 legacy sedan ej22....i turned off my car 2 days ago with the ventilation setting on passangers face.....i turned on my car today and when ever i press any of the other buttons on the control head like defrost or floor or anything the ventilation doesnt change...i have run into this problem before and it turned out that the mode door motor was fried so i replaced it and it worked great...that was about 20,000 miles ago....the AC button works and so does the fan speed...but nothing when i press the vent door buttons (defrost, floor...etc...).....any ideas on what to check here....im used to hearing the mode door motor when i press the buttons but i dont hear anything now.....can the motor fail that quick....ill be poking around a little bit today with it....but i just wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions on what to check....wiring...etc....thanks for your time....:)
