I need to get a new TPS can I get one from any EA82t or do I need to get one from a RX mine is a 87 RX?

Dont forget that there are 2 types of TPS for EA82Ts

 

85-87.5 models with the Flapper style AFM had a TPS that was just a switch. Later 87.5-94 models with the Hotwire AFM had a potentimeter in the TPS

how would I know witch one I have? the one that I have has the plug one the back being held one by the little wire clip and another wire coming out of the side of the tps.
