Two onboard cams during my last rallyx event…

Featured Replies

Thought I’d share a video I made after the last rallycross I ran the STi in. Here’s the “official” description of the event, etc…

Driver A. Ekinaka takes a lap around the CRS/FRX Glen Helen 3 rally cross course in the DirtyImpreza.com 2004 WRX STi. This is footage from his best lap of the day which was crucial for his 2nd place Street Modified 4 Wheel Drive (SM4) class finish. The #409 car took 10th overall which is quite the feat when 17 cars started in SM4 and there were also 11 cars in the fully prepped Rally classes. The surface at GH3 was generally loose dirt and gravel with some sandy areas mixed in. The addition of two "water bar" features really mixed things up as the course directly following these was very slippery mud. The low sun also played a factor in visibility at some spots on the course, but the biggest challenge was the very tight intersections after the loops!

Enjoy!
