Im planning on putting a dual range in my xt the trans is comming out of a 87 gl coupe. I was woundering if i would need to make a custom driveshaft or will one of the two work? my aut xt one or the one out of the gl?

the driveshaft from the d/r car should work. IIRC, the wheelbase is the same on the XT and the other EA82 cars. All EA82 cars are the same wheelbase.

well this is out of a carburated car is there any difference?

sweet! Now what about the wiring? How will i go about doing that?

it's not a big deal really it's just a vacuum solenoid.

run hot to it and the switch in the ground. Done!

noooooo idea what that is or where to hook it up too.

Anybody care to explain the wiring?
