My Subaru will lock itself, just like I pressed the lock button. You hear the remote lock beep and suddenly the car is locked. It happens often in many unique locations:grin:. Any ideas?

I would first suspect that the button on the remote has a problem. If you have a spare unit try swapping the two. If that isn't the trouble then the receiver may be causing the trouble.
