January 5, 201115 yr http://subarugllifted.webs.com/liftkits.htm Putting up the 2.2 swap this weekend lol Good Start, bub! Question: On the EJ 4" lift. If I already have OB struts then would it be 2"blocks for the struts and then standard gig for the rest? I know, stupid ?, but I'm looking to get serious about a proper lift here in a couple months.
January 5, 201115 yr On the EJ lift, it should also work with an EZ30, right? I assume this based on it it working with a BAJA, since they came with EZ30s, and so did outbacks... like the one i have, and bajas are basically outback's with a truck bed and stiffer springs?

January 8, 201115 yr I have a 99 Legacy L sedan. I already have Outback struts on it, so I would be looking at a 2" lift that includes 2" blocks for everything, not just the strut tops, and obviously a steering extension to work with the 2" drop. Can you pm me a price on that? Thanks

January 17, 201115 yr Looking for 2 1inch square lift blocks for ea82 with the holes predrilled and bolts to go with. Price plus shipping to 50266. Also the car has a 2 inch lift already. Would it be beneficial to me to go 2 inches on this as well or is that to extreme and i would need to extend steering arm and stuff like that. Sorry these are the ones that go under the engine crossmemeber. Edited January 17, 201115 yr by The Dude Abides

Sorry these are the ones that go under the engine crossmemeber. Yo have a 2 inch already correct
January 18, 201115 yr Author Yo have a 2 inch already correct anything that pulls the engine crossmember down will require a steering extension
January 19, 201115 yr Author Even just 1 inch. Yes i have the 2 inch already. You know you dont have to drop the crossmember but it you want to I have some made already you will need an extension to
January 19, 201115 yr I didnt really want to mess with the extension. There have been some who have said you dont need the extension. I know you dont need the 1inch but i noticed the cv shaft destroying itself rapidly with it being at that extreme angle. I just thought 1 inch would ease some of the stress off of it. Hell maybe i should do 2 inch since i want 3 inch strut tops at one point.
January 19, 201115 yr Author I have a friend running 2 inch crossmember and 4 inch strut it is doing pretty good Are these axles the ones ran when it was stock this could be the problem since they ore ran at a different angle now they are going to have problems when you buy new ones they will be use to running at the angle of the lift remember that the geometry needs to be good to if the car is still off camber it will pull the axle out a little more. But I can send you a extension and blocks if you like I didnt really want to mess with the extension. There have been some who have said you dont need the extension. January 19, 201115 yr Most people who run ea82s (from what i read). If you run a 3 inch lift you run a 2 inch crossmember blocks to reduce the angle and you need a stearing extension. If you just run a 2inch lift you need none of this but i guess i thought running 1inch cross member blocks would cut down the extreme angles of the front struts a bit. And since it wasnt any more then an inch i would be ok with no steering mods. How much for the blocks. But let me double check my hypothesis.
