I think im going to put the rear discs on my car this weekend but im debating on replaceing the clips. They are rusty, but the pads seem ok. What do i need to tell the parts guy when im asking for these since its obvious my car didnt come with rear discs. Maybe ill replace the pads but the ones that came with the set are just fine.

Tell the parts guy you have a 1987 RX Turbo.

 

110% of every RX ever made came from the factory with rear disc brakes. Anything listed in their computer will work for your setup.
