i would guess M14...but not sure.

if you're just looking to buy the nut you can take any other Subaru bolts you have in the garage...match one up to the ball joint, then take it with you to the store.

 

or buy a couple sizes up and down to make sure you get the right one.

 

or....you might be looking for a die to clean up threads in which case none of that helps!:lol:
