I have a 1993 Loyale 5-speed.

 

Last night someone tried to steal the car. They didn't tear any wires, but bashed the plastic off with a rock.

 

Now my key will not turn. It makes the Dingding dingding sound when I put the key in, but it just wont turn.

 

I've tried turning the wheel to the left, I've checked to make sure all of the wires are copacetic, and everything is fine, except the key wont turn.

 

Help?:-\

use a brat key.

sounds like they tried using a file and jamming it in the cylinder.

or they tried the datsun thing and used scissors
