XT6 seats in the Loyale

This last weekend Scoobyclimbs and I put in some XT6 seats in my Loyale:

just kidding, here's the finished product: XT6 seats in and fully functional. We used the seat rails from my Loyale. I bolted on the front mounts and Scoobyclimbs welded on the rear mount since the bolts wouldn't line up with the holes. Also we had to cut and re-weld the adjuster handle to lengthen it. They work great and are a ton more comfortable than the Loyale seats and are in mint condition with excellent bolstering.

I also grabbed the rear disc brake assembly and hubs from the XT6. Not sure if I want to tackle the swap to 5-lug. I would have to grab the front suspension too from the XT6 and figure out how to make it all work on my Loyale... Maybe down the road, I like my pugs right now.

so for some weird reason in Internet Explorer the pics don't show up, but in Firefox they show up... hmm...:-\:confused:

They look great. I did the same with my 89 GL. I love them so much more than the stock seats
